Creative Mapping for Everyday Wellbeing (CANCELLED)

About
Map Your Wellbeing Ecosystem: A Participatory Art WorkshopYou're invited to join us in making visible the invisible networks that sustain us.
In this hands-on workshop, you'll explore the hidden landscapes of care, support, and connection that shape your everyday wellbeing. Through creative mapping techniques and sensory exercises, we’ll uncover the quiet networks of care and interdependence that support and complicate our wellbeing yet are rarely recognised.
What to expect:
• Engage in creative mapping that reflects personal and collective relationships of care
• Participate in sensorial experiences that invite embodied understandings of wellbeing
• Connect with others through shared reflection and creative expression, without pressure to disclose
• Contribute to a growing collection of wellbeing maps and artefacts that will travel as a community exhibition
