Practical tools. Real strategies. Immediate impact.
Join us for a high-impact professional development day with Michelle Mitchell, focused on the real-world challenges facing today’s educators—and the practical solutions that make a difference.
You’ll walk away with:
- Strategies for building trust and rapport with students—even the tricky ones
- Clear, compassionate ways to support students through friendship and social struggles
- Practical approaches for responding to students with emerging mental health needs
- Simple techniques to create a classroom culture of safety, respect, and inclusion
- Tips for giving feedback that builds self-esteem and emotional resilience
- Tools to strengthen your own boundaries and protect your wellbeing
This workshop goes beyond theory.
In today’s classrooms, supporting mental health isn’t an ‘extra’—it’s essential. And it starts with relationships.
Michelle Mitchell brings a wealth of experience working directly with young people. Her work highlights how attachment and relational safety influence behaviour, engagement, and learning outcomes—especially for students navigating social, emotional, or mental health challenges.
This full-day workshop is grounded in what works. Through reflection, conversation, and hands-on tools, you’ll explore how to strengthen relational intelligence in your everyday practice—while keeping your own wellbeing front of mind.
Whether you're in a primary or secondary setting, you'll leave with strategies you can implement straight away to create stronger connections, safer learning spaces, and more sustainable teaching.
