This is your copy of the participant's registration and consent. - Registration must be received for each person attending this event. - Attendance will not be accepted without registration. - No cash or EFT will be accepted unless organised with your leaders prior.

 

General Information

Dear and Parents,

FORE and STRIKE

1st Balcombe Heights will be hitting the putting greens and bowling lanes of Holey Moley.

We will be meeting at Holey Moley at 6:45pm and will be playing 9 holes and 1 game of bowling.

This actiivty is open to parents and sibilings so please feel free to join in the fun.

Meet at Holey Moley at 6:45pm with the actvities finishing at 9:00pm

Parking directions:

There is plenty of parking on site at Castle Towers
Look for Piazza parking as it is the closest to the venue.

Parents & Siblings:

Parents, siblings, helpers etc are welcome to join the activity

Please register a ticket for each person attending.

What to Bring:

Scouts will need to wear their uniform to and from the venue.

Water Bottle optional.

Wet Weather:

The event is indoors.

Feeling Sick?

Please don't come if you're feeling sick.
Be mindful of our immuno-compromised youth members who are at elevated risk of serious illness if they contract 'simple' viruses or infections.
Regardless, it's not nice to spread your symptoms with other kids or volunteers.

You should stay home and DO NOT attend Scouts if:

• You have an illness (or even mild symptoms) such as fever, cough, sore throat, rash, or runny nose, even if you think you 'feel fine'.

• You have vomited anytime in the last 24hrs for any reason.

Attendees to any event with signs of illness such as fever, coughing, sore throat, runny nose, etc may be sent home immediately.
