In her current role as the Deputy Project Director of the State’s largest ever investment in rail, Kerry is tasked with delivering a project designed to meet the increasing demands of Queensland's population and economic growth, by manufacturing high-quality rolling stock solutions which will support the Cross River Rail project, and the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
As Deputy Project Director, one of Kerry’s key responsibilities is the successful delivery of Downer’s extensive local content commitments. She is passionate about delivering positive, sustainable benefits to people living and working on the Fraser Coast through employment and supply chain opportunities.

Proudly supporting Community Flights
Community Flights, a not-for-profit charity based in Hervey Bay, is dedicated to improving healthcare access for patients in need. Since its inception in 2022, the organization has provided free flights to eligible patients and their carers, enabling them to attend essential non-emergency medical appointments across South East Queensland.
To date, Community Flights has successfully completed 138 flights, helping individuals overcome the challenges of distance and travel costs. The charity operates with the support of 11 dedicated volunteer pilots and 9 ground volunteers, all committed to ensuring patients receive the care they need.
