OOPS is a registered polling station for the 2025 Federal Election.The PFA are hosting an Election Day BBQ fundraiser and need your help to make it a success!
📅 Date: Saturday, 3rd May
📍 Location: Old Orchard Primary School (near gymnasium)
⏰ Time: 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM
We're seeking 5 volunteers per shift to help out across the day.
🧑🍳 Volunteer Roles per Shift:
2 x Cooks
2 x Servers
1 x Cashier (taking payments & orders)
🕒 Shift Times (4 sessions):
Session 1: 8:15 AM – 10:30 AM
Session 2: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Session 3: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Session 4: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Whether you're a BBQ master, love serving up smiles, or great with a cash float – there's a role for everyone!
