FREE EVENT AT KINGSTON CITY CHURCH - for parents of children in Grade 5 - Year 12.Parents need to deliberately work their way out of the parenting role by the time their child is 18. We need to see our teens as young adults, not large children. We will discuss how to give your teen more responsibility, along with how to have difficult conversations on a range of topics, such as technology, pornography, sexuality and mental health. There will be opportunities for Q&A and supper will be provided.
Kate and Brett Ryan from Focus on the Family Australia will be our guest speakers. They are heard regularly on the radio throughout Australia including The Light FM and Vision Christian Media. They are passionate about God honouring families and relationships.
Child minding is available for primary school children and under, $10 per child, snack provided.
