LITTLE PLAY CONNECTIONS - Weekday Play Sessions

About little play connections
Little Play Connections is an opportunity for you and your child to build connections with each other, stories, nature and intentionally created activities. Each session is unique and invites your child to explore purposefully designed playthings created with natural, recycled and everyday materials. The sessions are intended to engage and inspire with ideas to try at home, as well as suggestions on how to extend the play and learning.
Every week will offer playful experiences that develop sensory, practical, fine motor, creative, active and social skills. Children will have opportunities to explore couting, patterns, colours, language and many other early learning and pre-school concepts. The sessions are inspired by quality books to encourage children to get excited about reading and the connections they can make with texts.
As a parent, teacher and designer, I have created these play sessions to empower families to be confident with play. My mission is to help families create playful experiences, make connections, learn and grow. Underpinning everything is the PLAY to Be motto - Food Grows Bodies, PLAY GROWS MINDS. I strongly believe that play is as important to a child's cognitive and physical growth and development as food is to the growing bodies. Offering a variety of natural, enriching and engaging play experiences is a invaluable investmet in your child's future.
