“Dot by Dot: A Night for Change” is a student-led charity gala dinnerpresented by Mini Butterflies, a passionate team of Event
Management students pursuing their Diploma from South
Metropolitan TAFE. This special evening is dedicated to raising vital
funds and awareness for Blue Dot Army - a registered not-for-profit
organisation committed to supporting individuals affected by cancer,
particularly those who must travel to Perth for treatment.
Through this event, we aim to spotlight the often overlooked
challenges of rural and regional cancer patients, including the
emotional, financial, and physical toll of relocating for care. Blue Dot
Army plays a role in easing that burden by offering comfort,
connection, and care at a time when it is needed most.
This event will bring together over 100 guests for
a heartfelt evening of delicious food, inspiring stories, live
entertainment, and meaningful community connection. It is more
than just a dinner, it is a platform for hope, unity,
