The phrase 'trauma-informed' is one that we hear often, but what does it actually mean in practice? How can we be our best trauma-informed selves in our work, and more generally?

Robert Benjamin AM SC and Regina Weiss have both worked extensively with victims of sexual and other abuse and will share their experiences, thoughts and open up the floor for an engaging discussion on trauma-informed practice.
