Ballet is a powerful foundation for calisthenic performers to enhance overall performance and technique that translates into all solo's and team work. Consistency is key to all performers growth and development.8 Classes will commence Monday April 28, and finish Monday June 30th. Please note, there will be NO CLASS Monday June 9th and 23rd

What to wear:
Black leotard and tights/fitted shorts.
Ballet shoes/turners/socks
Hair securely tight back in a bun/low ponytail.
