GLENELLA OPEN WEEKEND over ANZAC PUBLIC HOLIDAY

A rare opportunity to book a room at Glenella and stay in Blackheath for the long weekend.  A last minute cancellation has resulted in Glenella being available so we're opening up our 15 bedrooms to be individualy booked for a 2 night stay (Fri+Sat nights).  

Our 15 bedrooms range from heritage style rooms with ensuites,  to basic twin rooms with shared bathroom faciliites. Regardless of which room you book, you have full access to all Glenella's facilities which include a giant self-catering kitchen, 3 living spaces, a dining area for 30, wood fireplace plus more.  It's an easy walk to the Phillips Hall if you're attending the Chamber Music Festival, a short run to the superb Blackheath trials if you're training for the upcoming UTA, or a familiar 2nd home if you're a Camino walker.   Plus there are numerous cafe's just up the road. 

Whether you're a musician, a chamber music fan, a runner, a Camino walker, or simply a visitor to see Blackheath's autumn colours, you'll be welcomed.  

DETAILS

The rates are for 2 nights,  Friday + Saturday nights.  If you wish to stay only 1 night use the code:  1NIGHT at checkout.  It will discount the rate by 40%. 

Check-in Friday 2pm

Check-out Sunday 2pm 

If you would like to arrive on Thursday evening, please book an Extra night on the booking page.  

ROOMS

Glenella has 15 bedrooms - a mix of queens, singles, twins and one quad room.  8 bedrooms are ensuite, the others share bathroom facilities down the hall. 

All beds are supplied with electric blankets, sheets, doonas and pillows.  The bed linen is provided by a hotel linen service so are of professional quality.  Extra blankets are supplied in each room. Each room has a heater which can be individually controlled. 

 

FACILITIES

Glenella is a large heritage style house which comfortably accommodates 30 guests.  Facilities include a giant kitchen to prepare your own meals, dining area with seating for 30, spacious living areas, a fireplace, private rear garden, laundry facilities, BBQ, wi-fi.
