You’re invited to the May Wine Tourism Committee Event at Down the Rabbin Hole Wines.  

Domenic and Elise Palumbo founded Down The Rabbit Hole shortly after getting married, blending their shared love of wine, food, and creating unforgettable experiences. Dom, inspired by his Italian roots and mentored by renowned winemaker Walter Clappis, turned a passion project into a nationally celebrated wine label. Elise brought her creative flair to branding and events. After a two-year road trip sharing their wines across Australia, they returned to build their dream cellar door, which opened in 2019. Today, they run a thriving Cellar Door, an organic Italian Restaurant, and live onsite with their two children—still pouring love into everything they do.

The DTRH Cellar Door is open 11am - 5pm every day except Wednesday offering wine tastings and casual dining. Fiore, our little Italian Restaurant is open Thursday - Sunday offering an unforgettable lunch, designed by Executive Chef Nick Tadija to be enjoyed leisurely over two hours.
