Diamond Ride Saturday Track Session
About
Warm up 20-25mins followed by 2-3 blocks on bigger gears (bunch or pursuit gears as examples).Enter through the doors at Turn 2 (nearest Narrandjeri Stadium) - do not fully close the door, it should be left ajar.
Please be ready for the group warm-up starting at 8:00 AM sharp. Most participants arrive at least 15-20 mins prior.
Please remember that on the completion of each set please leave the track promptly so all riders are present for the briefing for the next set.
