1. Bieszczady-style savoury pancake with garlic sauce
2. Grilled Oscypek (Polish Smoked Cheese) with cranberry jam
3. Pierogi (Dumplings) with wild pine mushrooms
4. Kwasnica - Highlander hearty sauerkraut soup with house made sourdough bread
