It’s all about your core strength. Get toned on the inside and everything else will take care of itself. It sounds simple and it sort of is. But you need to know what you’re doing. Cyndi, our qualified instructor, knows what she’s doing.
Come and make yourself feel better. A ten week course for $100. That’s $10 a session. An offer too good to refuse. Monday evenings at 6.30 starting 28th April.
All ages, all abilities. A fabulous positive thing to be doing in our community hall.
