Please register at your earliest convenience and use this registration form to:1. Nominate your Fair Access Lead who will lead this work at your club with support from the Committee
2. Nominate which Group (1-5) you wish to be a part of based on the dates given and your assigned ally; Murphy, Brown and Garside (your group nomination may be changed by the Sport and Recreation Team based on availability - you will be notified)
Please note the session times listed is the first session for each group. By selecting this, you are selecting the group you wish to be a part of:

All dates for the group will show up once you select a date in the calendar e.g. if you wish to join Group 3 Ash Barty, scroll through the calendar to 2 Feb 2026, click on the date and select your assigned ally.
