One of the things I love about the Feldenkrais Method and especially Awareness Through Movement, is the seemingly endless variety of choices, options, positions we have to explore. We can do subtle lessons where movement is barely visible (or imagined) through to engaging in large and challenging movements in space. We all have our favourites, and I notice many practitioners are prone to dropping the lessons with the more challenging actions. In this exploration together, I plan to work with some ATM lessons that involve less usual actions and larger movements. We will discover together the many ways that we can approach what sometimes seems impossible and make it easier...
