The come and try sessions are available to Under 8s – Under 11s, particularly those new to Pool Lifesaving and any wishing to update and refine their skills.Age groups are those applicable for the 24/25 season - ie the same as the summer competition that has just been completed.
Training Times
2pm - 3:30pm
