Please join Perth Doctors Medical Aid for Palestine for a special (indoor) screening of the film "From Ground Zero" at Camelot Arts Club. Made by 22 filmmakers in Gaza during the current conflict, From Ground Zero captures the diverse experiences of life in the Palestinian enclave, including the challenges, tragedies and moments of resilience faced by its people.The film, through its mix of genres presents the rich diversity of stories that reflect the sorrow, joy and hope inherent in Gazan life.
Enjoy a special evening of community, solidarity and hear from some special guest speakers.
Your ticket includes canapés and dinner. Drinks are available to purchase at the bar. The film is shown in two halves- we will share a delicious meal during the intermission. Our previous screening of this film received a hugely positive response and sold out rapidly- so please don't miss out.!
All proceeds go to charities we work with in Gaza to provide humanitarian and medical aid.
