A Day of Mindfulness Fri 276/25 for past MBSR participants

The Day of Mindfulness is an integral part of the MBSR course and strengthening and deepening you practice.Its also gives you a change to re- kick start your practice if you ave got off track or wandered away from your practice.
If you haven't experienced this yet you may feel a bit apprehensive about spending a whole day in silence practicing meditation.
However, almost everyone reports feeling deeply refreshed and restored by this experience and also reports that the practice gets embodied in a way that they have not experienced in shorter practices.
Over the course of the day you will spend most of the day in silence and some time sharing your experience.
You will be led through various meditations including sitting , walking, and stretching.
Lunch will be a silent experience of mindful eating an reflection.
The day of mindfulness will be held approximately every three months and open to anyone who has completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course wit
