Surrender to the intimacy that opens your being to a field outside of the fragmentation of doing, rushing, worrying, achieving and not accepting the present moment.
This is an invitation to come back to ourselves. An invitation to soften and to listen, to remember the art of Being.
During our time together we will learn about the power of Restorative Yoga and we will dive into a nurturing gentle and restorative practice, followed by community connection.
