Leigh Nugent is one of Australia’s most respected swimming minds. With decades of experience at both the elite and grassroots levels, Leigh combines deep technical expertise with a passion for developing coaches and athletes. His commitment to excellence and education continues to shape the future of swimming in Australia and beyond.

The purpose of this coaching development opportunity is to help coaches clarify essential fundamental priorities for coaching junior and younger age group (13-15yrs) swimmers in their club programs.

This workshop is best suited for swim teachers and/or coaches.

Please note that this program is not recommended for athletes or individuals under the age of 16.
