A relaxed community event promoting men’s health, movement, and mateship in our community.
After a leisurely stroll through Mosman and cooldown stretch session with Physio Faraz, participants will have the opportunity to grab a bite to eat, play Bocce and chat with representatives from local sports clubs, organizations and local book store pop-up, Three Sparrows Books, who are excited to provide information about their services and how to get you involved in our wonderful community.
10:30 - 11:00am - Physio Stretch Session on the Civic Green with Faraz from Move to Improve Physiotherapy
11am - 1:30pm - BBQ & Bocce + Local Clubs Informal Networking + Book Pop-Up by Three Sparrows on the Civic Green
