About
There is a need to recognise that women over 50 often face unique challenges when it comes to navigating later life transitions, redefining their identities, low self esteem, etcThese immersive workshops are the perfect avenue for self discovery and fostering self awareness.
The workshops will provide an opportunity to explore emotions, find inner creativity and connect with others on similar journeys using various art therapy mediums, in a fun nurturing space for women to thrive.
The aim is to empower women to embrace their passions, become self aware, have direction, a sense of purpose and most of all to find their authentic selves - to grow with grace and resilience.
Workshops would be 1.5 hours once a week for 4 weeks. No artistic ability is required. All art materials are supplied. Groups will be small for maximum benefit.
Payment for 4 weeks is $60.00 please book at the beginning of month.
