Private booking of Picnic Area from 10:30 amPicnic area can be used from 10:30 am until 1:30 pm
Train rides can be purchased at the ticket counter of the Public Run

Terms and Conditions
Payment is required at time of booking.
If you wish to cancel the booking, please contact the event organizer via email.
If you cancel the booking, a non-refundable booking fee of $50 will be retained.
In case of a cancellation by the Box Hill Miniature Steam Railway Society, the price paid will be fully refunded.
Additional terms for bookings made from 1.September 2025:
If a booking is cancelled 30 days or less before the event, 50% of the booking fee will be retained.
No refund for no shows.
