Calling the Midlife Women,If we are not mobile we cannot be strong, if we are not strong we cannot live long!
At this gathering we will use the traditional tools of movement, heat, cold, food and good conversation to reconnect with ourselves and each other.
Our mobility session will awaken the body and open up space. The warmth will ease our muscles, the (optional) cold plunge will awaken the senses, the food will replenish us, and the honest conversations will remind you that you are not alone on this journey through midlife.
These timeless rituals mirror the cycles of life. The heat of the sauna, the grounding of the cold, the sacred space of sisterhood — offer expansion and contraction, intensity and stillness, and the profound rhythm of being a midlife woman.
This is where RISE and RISING FIERCE meet for the first time.
