Presented by George Street Chambers' members Graham Dietz and Ben O'Sullivan.This presentation will explore the new statutory regime for the sale and division of co-owned property and highlight important new provisions affecting sales of land and seller disclosure requirements.
Graham was admitted as a solicitor in 2001, and was called to the bar in 2012. Graham's principal areas of practice are commercial litigation & dispute resolution and insolvency & reconstruction. Graham is listed in Doyle’s Guide as leading Junior Counsel – Queensland in both practice areas. Graham appears in all Queensland and Federal Courts.
Ben was called to the bar in 2021. Ben has a broad commercial and civil practice, and a particular interest in insolvency and bankruptcy matters, director and shareholder disputes under the Corporations Act, and complex commercial disputes. He regularly appears led and unled in the Supreme, District and Federal courts.
