Join us at InSpirit Urban Retreat for a deeply immersive sound bath experience.This hour of rest, meditation and energetic renewal celebrates the returning light after the 2025 winter solstice - the longest night of the year.
As you rest in this cozy, candle-lit space, the resonant tones and vibrational energy of the gongs will wash over you, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness.
This deeply meditative journey offers the chance for genuine pause and rest, to shift energies that no longer serve you, and to restore balance to the mind, body and spirit.
Note:
- No prior meditation experience is necessary.
- All equipment (mats, bolsters, pillows, blankets, eye masks etc.) are provided. You are also welcome to bring your own yoga mat for additional comfort if preferred.
- Due to limited availability, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please only book if you can make the event.
