2 1/2 Hour Mindful Yoga & Sound Healing Retreat for Calm, Clarity & Nervous System ResetIn the busyness of life, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves. This retreat is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and gently return to the calm that lives within.
The first half of the afternoon is guided by Yoga Teacher Michelle Hubble, who will lead a soothing practice of standing, seated, and restorative poses. Through slow, steady movements and breath awareness, you’ll begin to reset your body and mind — like pressing a soft reset button. Tension melts, space opens, and you reconnect with an inner sense of peace and joy.
In the second half, Sound Healer Jess Dixon will take you on a journey of deep rest and inner harmony. Let the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs wash over you — soothing your nervous system and inviting a profound sense of balance and stillness.
Afterwards, enjoy tea, coffee, and light refreshments as you connect with like-minded people.
