About
These workshops are an opportunity to connect inwards in a safe and supportive environment. I will take you through experiences to bring you into heart and soul alignment and teach techniques you can easily add to your daily routines.This day is for resetting your nervous system, balancing your mental and emotional energies and recharging!
The facilitator Renee Hine has over 25 years experience as a qualified Social Worker, Kinesiologist and Quantum Energy Healer.
This event will be held in the most beautiful venue, The Raw Space, surrounded by nature and designed for comfort its the perfect space to reset and connect.
A light health conscious afternoon tea and refreshments will be served.
Please bring a yoga mat, water and creatures comforts you prefer for meditation such as cushions, blankets, socks etc.
