1 Day, Tutored & Untutored - Life Figure Workshop

Life Figure Drawing - 1 Day workshopThis is a one day workshop, which can lead to an ongoing 5 weeks tutored classes.
You will fall in love with life drawing as you gain strategies to draw directly from the model and feel the confidence to attend any untutored life drawing session.
How the day will flow:
11.45am - 2.15pm - Tutored - First 2 hours. - 2 models
In the tutored session, you will be introduced to strategies for handling short and medium length poses. From 1min, 2min, 5mins poses as well as medium length 10min, 20mins poses.
We will be working from 2 models, 20min sessions with model breaks.
1.45pm to 2.15pm - Long break - Tea, coffee, biscuits provided
2.15pm to 5.15pm - The open Untutored session - 3hours - one model
This is single pose and we will be working from one model.
There will be 6 x 20min sessions with breaks in between for the model.
You can work on one drawing from one spot or multiple drawings.
Critique is provide at the breaks.
Bookings and Equipments:
Easels are limited so book your easel now or there are chairs and boards.
Bring your own materials:
Portable easel if you need one
Paper, cartridge and butchers paper
Tone paper
Graphite
Charcoal
Sharpeners
Erasers
Some paper will be available for purchase, (butchers and cartridge paper)
