Book carefully as there are no refunds or exchanges once purchased, except in the case of postponement or cancellation as outlined below. Download your ticket to your device or print out and bring with you on the night or at time of performance. Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission and/or to exclude from the performance any person who is deemed to be unruly, offensive or acting in a manner that is deemed to be offensive or unacceptable by organisers, to staff, management, performers or other attendees regardless of whether they have a ticket and in such circumstance such determination will be made solely by organisers with no refund offered. If for any reason you do not receive your ticket (and there is usually a simple explanation for this), contact us via the link on this page and if the transaction has been completed, it will be re issued. Do not buy from resellers or people on Facebook unless you know them personally. These tickets may not be honoured at the door. All ages event but children must be in the company of an adult and we ask that you don't bring babies in arms as we don’t believe it is a suitable environment for them. Organisers reserve the right to substitute performer or performers in the event of sickness, inability to perform, strike, lock-out, travel difficulties, weather related circumstance, civil unrest or other circumstance deemed necessary or to change venue/s in the event that the venue becomes unavailable to host the event . Refunds are similarly not available if you make a mistake in the booking, change your mind or have or experience a change of circumstance that prevents you from attending. All persons who attend this event must pay for a ticket/s which are only available from reception at the club or online via this booking portal.
In the event of postponement, tickets are automatically valid for the new date which will be published online, and via direct advice to ticket holders. If ticket holders are unable to make the new date, they will have forteen days from this advice to request a refund by using the CONTACT button/link on this page.
In the event of a full cancellation, refunds will be made direct to the account from which the ticket was purchased.
