A warm welcome to our return to this gorgeous location for a NEW and much more enriching Nature Therapy Sessionš„°We will slowly walk around and through the majestic Redwood Forest and learn how to make our walks a truly healing experience as well as get some tips about stress reduction and ways to improve our wellbeing.
The session will be guided in Ecotherapy, Nature-Based Mindfulness and Forest bathing principles and include meditations ( good for any level of experience!) and ecotherapy interventions.
This Nature Therapy experience is quite unique and will equip you with strategies and skills to incorporate in your daily life to be able to Deeply connect with Nature and let you be guided by it in your life.

This workshop will run even there is up to 5mm of rain.
