TGCAA Sydney - Going the Distance
About
A lunch and discussion with Philip Jensen on resilience and endurance in ministry.Many of us are familiar with the unique struggles of working in an ethnic church, where multiple generations and cultures often clash, and where ministry can often be lonely. We at TGCAA are seeking to help with this by creating spaces where:
- Like-minded ministers in a similar ministry context can meet and pray for one another, and
- Experienced ministry workers can share their wisdom and encouragement to help us navigate the challenges we face.
Our first event features Phillip Jensen, who has much to share on persevering in ministry and holding to the gospel despite struggles and opposition. He will give a short talk and there will be an opportunity for a Q&A with him over lunch.
