Please advise us of any dietary requirements when you book as food will be pre-organised for you as a shared set-menu.

- The $30 ticket reserves you a spot in the Wine Room lounge and covers the cost of the pre-organized set menu.
- Maximum group size is 20 people.
- The electronic booking system will add a $0.50 booking fee per ticket to your final purchase when purchased online. Tickets can be purchased by cash/points at Reception to avoid the $0.50 fee.
- This reservation is only valid in the Wine Room and on the date listed on the ticket.
- Bookings close 48 hours prior to the event
- Refunds will only be given for cancellations made 24 hours prior to the booking and must be made via trybooking or by emailing thewineroom@balgowlahrsl.com.au.
