Join in the fun of making talking sticks and learn how they:- Build confidence
- Encourage easy conversation
- Help talk about difficult things
- Strengthen friendships
- showcase your creativity and feelings
This session is a hands on interactive class that uses fabric, ribbons, beads and all things colour, to create a talking stick.
Using imagination and conversation you also learn to write a positive affirmation that compliments who you are.
Choose either the kids only class on 15th July or an all ages, all ability inclusive class July 17th.
