Kicking off at 6.30pm, Cathy will cover how the wine world is shifting and being reshaped by powerful forces—from sustainability and changing consumer preferences to the growing questions around wine and wellness.
At this event, Cathy will explore some key trends through the wines she will be presenting. So, bring along your thoughts, insights, questions, and ideas as we discuss this evolving landscape together.
Tickets are $90.00 for Members and $60.00 for Under 30's
Daniel and Tegan from Twine Restaurant will be providing a two-course meal on the night. Dessert or cheese available to purchase on the night.
