May's Bottle Club theme is ‘The Americas’ - North or South, red or white - no bottle age limits.Yes, you have at least 7 main stream wine producing countries on these 2 vast land masses to choose from.
There’s sublime Pinot Noir in the far north, wonderful Cabernets and Chardonnays in the middle and impressive Syrahs and Malbecs in the south, amongst many other wonderful grape varieties.
Some of it is so good it should have a tariff on it …as a matter of fact some of it does!
Geopolitics aside, these two continents produce some of the best wines in the New World.
So dig out or seek out an impressive bottle from the lands of the free - or not so free and join your fellow imbibers for a memorable lunch at our Bottle Club table.
