Get fit, have fun, and try something new – all in one session!Join us for HandballFIT – a 5-week fitness and skills program brought to you by West Adelaide Handball Club in partnership with AchieveIt Personal Training.
For adults 18+, each session includes:
💪 45 minutes of group fitness with qualified trainers from AchieveIt Personal Training
🤾 45 minutes of beginner-friendly European handball skills – no experience needed!
Whether you want to improve your fitness, try an exciting Olympic team sport, or simply meet new people, HandballFIT is the perfect way to get active and have fun. All fitness levels welcome – just bring your energy, court shoes, and we’ll take care of the rest!
