Journey into the world of pasta-making with our Fresh Pasta Masterclass.In this hands-on lesson, you’ll learn how to make to fresh tagliatelle - kneading and stretching the dough until it's thin enough to cut into silky ribbons. You'll also master spinach and ricotta ravioli, from preparing the dough from scratch to using a pasta machine, then filling and shaping each raviolo to perfection.
Sip on a complimentary glass of Prosecco as you go, and indulge in delicious pasta with our pre-prepared sauce at the end of the class.
You will be supplied with an apron and all relevant equipment needed on the day. Enclosed shoes required.
