About
Manningham Joey Scouts are having a paddle on the 20th May and 3rd June 2025 (Tuesday's) from 4:45 pm to 6:00 pm at Westerfolds Park, canoes launching area in a Flatwater section of the Yarra River. Across to sessions.Come and join us in this adventure!!!
Canoes Plus is the 3rd party running the activity, with the assistance of Franc and Duncan (Joey Leaders).
What to Bring:
- Sturdy shoes, or wetshoes
- Shorts
- Rashie, no need for the Scout Uniform. Bring your Scarfs for the Group Photo at the beginning
- A thermal jumper, or wool light jumper
- a lollie, or light snack like a muesli bar. that you can put in your pocket
- you can bring a dry bag for your bottle of water and snack so that you put everything in the same place.
- A big towel, and dry cloth in a backpack.
- A torch
- A backpack to carry your belonging
