Join us for an immersive Butoh workshop where we explore transformation, presence, and embodiment. In Butoh, we do not perform—we become.
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to the essence of being.
Rooted in the Japanese dance-theatre form of Butoh, we explore movement as transformation.
Through guided improvisation, image-based movement, and sensory exploration, we will gently move beyond habitual ways of being and into a more intimate dialogue with the body, nature, and space.
