In acknowledgement of IDAHOBIT (International day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersex Discrimination and Transphobia), CN is offering an exclusive condensed 1-hour version of two popular training programs around LGBTIQ+ awareness and allyship. You will find out more about LGBTIQ+ inclusion and why it matters in the workplace, what the differences is between gender identity, biological sex, gender expression, and sexual orientation, and you will learn about practical steps on how to be a good ally for your LGBTIQ+ colleagues.
