Producers, performers, and creative leads — sharpen your tech game!Start with Tech Me Out (1 hour): A hands-on, creative session to explore how costumes change under different lighting and music. Check out costume pieces, experiment with effects, brainstorm, and write live tech notes. Perfect for performers and producers to see how small tech tweaks can transform a show- collaborative session with performers.
Then kick it off with Lit and Loaded (1 hr): A deep dive into tech from a producer’s view. Learn to read venue specifications, write clear performer-friendly instructions, build tech sheets, and collaborate with techs. Get tips, tools, and templates to simplify the tech process and avoid common pitfalls.
Resources: All attendees get the Technically De Lightful Handbook included in the costs with costume lighting colour theory, tech term cheat sheets, venue-specific guides (e.g. Nexus, Nineteen10, Goodwood Theatre), free audio editing tips and more!
