Doors Open from 6pm

Includes: Arrival champagne, 4-hour beverage package (6.30 - 10.30pm), 3 course dinner alternate serve, entertainment (Char/Ty & Jumping Jukebox), raffles and prizes to be won!!

Entree

- Deep fried camembert with baby beetroots, grilled cos lettuce, candied walnuts
- Pepper & sesame crusted tuna, ginger dressing, wasabi aioli

Main

- Chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto, saute sweet potato and potato, pumpkin puree, broccolini, jus
- Beef fillet mignon, potato galette, broccolini, beef jus, hollandaise

Dessert

- Meringue roulade filled with fresh fruit and mixed berry coulis
- Dome chocolate with mango and passionfruit
