The workshop is suitable for people with no experience, or a small amount of all levels of experience as a life model. Models with experience in the field, or who have modelling experience primarily in another industry, who wish to join the LMS are also required to attend this workshop.

We cover life modelling basics, health and safety precautions, tips and tricks, boundaries and consent, with a focus on the LMS Working Conditions. Participants will receive a guide to take home, including a copy of the Working Conditions.

You can assess, in a safe space, whether working as a life model is right for you.

Upon completion, participants will be invited to join the LMS or a recommended to repeat the workshop if we feel you need extra support.

This is an interactive session of up to 20 models, please be prepared to model nude.

Bring a robe (minimum knee-length), slippers/thongs, and fabric to sit on.  If you have a yoga mat, or similar, please bring this along as well.

Please note: The workshop will be held upstairs at Princess Hill Community Centre.  Access is via a set of narrow internal stairs.  If you have mobilty concerns, please get in touch to dicuss your options prior to purchasing a ticket.
