From the rugged South Island to the North's fertile lands, we'll explore a diverse range of styles, including the distinct and aromatic character imparted by Manuka smoking; a truly unique expression of New Zealand's native flora.

While whisky is of course provided for the tasting, you are also welcome to bring your own beverages to enjoy with your meal (light meal provided).
