GVAMHS PDSS Core Competencies (2-day training)
About
Do you want to understand & provide best treatment for people presenting with Personality Disorder?This Core Competencies training delivered by the GVAMHS Personality Disorder Initiative service in collaboration with SPECTRUM offers a free 2-day training covering 10 competencies, including:
- Understanding BPD
- Co-existing disorders in BPD
- Treating principles
- Treatment structure
- Therapeutic relationship
- Skills development focus
- Partnering with families, partners and carers
- Working with suicidal and non-suicidal injurious behaviours
- Clinician self-awareness
- Focus on recovery
Dates: 23/09/2024 & 24/09/2024 (Participants must attend both days)
