Take some much-needed time out for yourself with our monthly Cacao & Drumming evening - a night of self-care with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, soothing meditation, followed by a grounding medicine drum & gong sound healing.BYO water bottle and pillow (yoga mats now provided).
Thanks to the support of the Gold Coast City Council’s Active & Healthy program, tickets are just $10 (+ booking fee).
