For one night only, we are thrilled to welcome Bannockburn Vineyards to the Park Hyatt, in celebration of their 50th Anniversary of wine making, join us for an exclusive three-course menu, paired with the release of their 2024 Estate range. The evening will feature a special appearance and conversation with Angus Pollard, third generation and grandson of Stuart Hopper, who founded the estate in 1974.
